How We Work

We believe that if one truly understands the relationship between the resources and the restrictions, the most realistic solution will also be the most creative.

1. Architecture:

Beginning with the basic structural realities of the performance space, we locate rigging points and unique features, and assess the dynamic range of the site.

2. Show Concept:

Integrating the structural information of the site with the goals of the client and the theme of the event, we create a skeletal version of the show.

3. Casting:

Selecting individuals from within our extensive network of designers, actors, acrobats, composers, technicians and artists, we locate the best people for the event creation and performance.

4. Creation:

Through our dialogue with the client and a structured workshop process, we funnel the creative energy of the designers and artists into a dynamic show design.

5. Rehearsals and Tech:

While fine-tuning the creation, each member of the cast is tracked through the show and costumes, and lights and sound are put to the test.

6. The Show:

The world of imagination becomes a reality.
